does any one remeber a old pilot of a tv show from the early 90s?

the show was based in the future where people lived in a dome, there was mutans out side the dome and ever one had to have jewels inplanted in thier chests, in person had thier only color, you can only be with the person that had the same color, and there was a half mutan with a black jewel, if any one can tell me what this show was that would be great, thanks for your time,
