Can voice typing software type out a prerecorded lecture?

I have several lectures saved on my voice recorder. After class I listen to the lectures for several hours while typing them into a word document. This way I'm able to listen and take notes at my own pace. However, this is very time consuming and tedious. I know there programs out there that type as you dictate with your voice. Are there any programs that would be able to type prerecorded audio?

yeah dragon would probably work but it would have to be a good recording of the lecture
