What is a good handheld portable device?

I am considering getting a portable system and would like some reccomendations. The psp is out of my pricerange but i like all it's features. I would like it to have video capabilities so i can watch movies and things, games, pictures and music(not my top priority since i'm not that into it so i don't think that an ipod video is for me). I'd like it to have a decent battery life for plane and car trips. I'd like it to be priced around $100-$200(the cheaper the better, though i don't want it to break so if it means better quality to last longer i'll put out the extra cash but nothing crazy like the psp over $200). One that i was seriosly considering was the samsung yp-t8 series, the samsung yh-999, yh-j70, a zen vision, or a zen pmc.

i know a great handheld and it's betwind $100-$200. and it's called a sony psp i have one and it works soo good u can play movies, games, music even pitchers. how cool.. even thought u said it's over priced cause u get them at walmart and target and stuff, cause if u get a psp at a pawn shop it's soo much lower like $100 that is where i got mine. i hoped that helped u out.
