Lesser Known Romantic Comedy?

I have watched just about every mainstream Romantic Comedy out there and love almost all of them. Now, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a Rom-Com that is less popular, but still cute and funny. I'm looking for maybe TV, straight-to-video, or foreign (no subtitles required) movies that are actually good? For example, I recorded this movie called 'The Truth About Love' off Lifetime the other day. It stars Jennifer Love Hewitt and Dougray Scott and is set in Bristol, England. Her British accent could use work, but he is actually Scottish and I loved listening to him. It was a cute movie and if you can catch it on TV, I’d recommend setting the TiVo.

Slap Her... She's French aka She Gets What She Wants~The emphasis is more on rivalry than romance, but there a romance does develop between an odd couple. This one is hysterically funny or at least it was to me both times I watched it. Now, I want to tape it! It's being aired with the second title now, but some DVDs have the original.
