is there any other way to earth a record player when the amplifier has no earth screw?

i have a technics turntable, plugged into the red and white aux input of an aiwa mini stereo with no earth screw. the sound is very tinny and quiet.

amplifier get hot and trips…y this happens?

i have jbl cs60.4 4 channel amp. used to run 2 pineer 10″ spekers with 2 channles after 15 minutes it got hot and tripped..then got new jl 10″ w3v2 dual 2 ohm sub..wired to get 4 ohm load and connected to amp by bridging rest 2 channel..
