Whenever I download a video off a torrent site there is only audio no video?

Hi
Ok I have downloaded a couple of videos of a torrent site(non copyrighted stuff)
They are downloaded as an avi file
When I go to play them they are only audio.
I tried othre torrent sites and same things happens
I use Azureus 2.5.04.
